Preparing for an interview is essential and must not be taken lightly.  Preparation is the most important step in the interview process.  Interview Preparation is a service we provide to our candidates in better preparing them for their meetings.  We cover the same topics for all candidates, from entry level candidates through Senior Executive candidates.  Some candidates may feel this is very basic or unneeded, and others could be too embarrassed to ask.  Be thorough with your preparation, missing one step of the process can eliminate and disqualify you for this position.  In today’s challenging employment market with high unemployment, you need to be better prepared than anyone else.
